Effective July 24, 2026
By participating in the Vinny's Tree Service Referral Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Eligibility
The referral program is open to any current or past Vinny's Tree Service customer in good standing. Employees and immediate family members of Vinny's Tree Service are not eligible. The referred individual must be a new customer who has not previously received services from Vinny's Tree Service.
Reward structure
Referral rewards are paid on a tiered basis based on cumulative completed referrals: 1 referral = $50 cash; 3 referrals = $200 total; 5 referrals = $350 total. Additional referrals beyond 5 are rewarded at $50 each with no maximum cap. Tier bonuses represent the total cumulative payout, not a per-referral rate.
New customer discount
The referred new customer receives $50 off their first completed service. This discount cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts and applies to the first invoice only.
Payment conditions
Referral rewards are paid only after the referred customer's invoice is paid in full. Vinny's Tree Service reserves the right to withhold payment if the referred customer's invoice is disputed, reversed, or unpaid. Rewards are paid in cash or by check at Vinny's Tree Service's discretion.
Verification
The referred customer must mention the referrer's name at the time of booking or service. Vinny's Tree Service reserves the right to verify the referral relationship before issuing any reward. Duplicate or fraudulent referrals will be disqualified.
Program changes
Vinny's Tree Service reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect rewards already earned for completed and paid referrals prior to the change date.
